How do I test E911 service?
All you need to do is dial 933 from your system associated with your True911 Connection.
933 is the True911 Emergency Testing Service. The automated system will read back the phone number and the address which we will use for emergency call routing.
For our e911 service, if an invalid CLI or a CLI without an emergency address is used to call 911, this is classified as an unregistered call at a cost of $100 billed by your local law enforcement.
Please note, ensure your caller ID is in +E.164 format. This is in your True911 email, "invitation to our network". We currently support 933 testing for the United States and Canada.
